The canal group met on the 6th of December. You can view the minutes of the meeting here.
Some of the highlights from the meeting were:
- We have applied to rejoin the Worcester Arts Council.
- We are planning a walk along the canal with CRT and a city council officer to look at possible locations for more tree planting.
- We are looking to push ahead with our heritage project.
- Upcoming events are hedge planting in Lansdowne Park (4th February) and fruit tree planting (18th February).
- Swift boxes have been installed in the Arboretum and more are planned elsewhere.
- The next meeting will be on the 6th of March at the Guildhall.
